San Tan Valley – The San Tan Valley incorporation effort is pleased to announce the official notice detailing the metes and bounds of the proposed town borders has been published in the paper through Pinal Central.

The published notice provides detailed descriptions of the future town boundaries, offering residents and stakeholders a clear understanding of the geographic scope of the proposed incorporation.

“This crucial step marks a significant milestone in our journey toward establishing San Tan Valley as an incorporated community. We look forward to building on this momentum by getting resolutions of support from both Mesa and Gilbert in the coming months,” said Chairman Tyler Hudgins.

STV Inc. 2024 has been working diligently to engage with residents, local businesses, and community leaders to gather input and ensure that the incorporation process is inclusive and reflective of the community’s vision. The publication of the metes and bounds is the culmination of extensive research, planning, and community dialogue.
